2. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the talyndor.com website, including its contact form. The projects presented here, TALYNDOR Research, TALYNDOR ServiceReport, TALYNDOR Booking, TALYNDOR Alltagshelden, TALYNDOR SPARK, TALYNDOR App Factory, Universum Company OS and TALYNDOR AI Universe, are in development. This website does not currently offer production app services, bookings or app downloads. Before release, each app or service will receive its own privacy information aligned with its final data flows.

3. Website delivery and hosting

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich. Each request requires the web server to process technical connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested file, access status, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser, operating system and language.

This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its stability and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and functional provision of this website.

The KAS setting for our hosting account currently specifies that no customer log files are generated; access-log statistics are disabled as well. ALL-INKL.COM has confirmed to us in writing that, with precisely this configuration, no visitor or access-log data is stored for this purpose, including neither full nor truncated IP addresses nor corresponding access data. Consequently, neither a /logs/ directory containing access records nor a /usage/ access statistic is created for us. This does not affect the at least temporary technical processing of the connection data described above where required to deliver the website. No broader conclusion about other incident-specific processing by the hosting provider is drawn from this confirmation.

4. Cookies, analytics and external content

The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts, scripts and images are served locally. No social-media plugins, embedded videos or external fonts are loaded. The language gateway may read the language supplied by your browser once to display a non-binding hint; that value is neither stored nor sent to us or any third party. Because the website neither stores information on your device nor retrieves information stored there, a consent banner is not currently required.

5. Contact by email or form

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process your information to respond to your enquiry. The form requires your email address and message; your name is optional. You may voluntarily provide further contact details, for example for a requested callback. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Form messages are sent through ALL-INKL's mail server to info@talyndor.com. The form does not maintain an additional message database. To prevent spam and duplicate submissions, it processes the IP address into a protected pseudonymous identifier and stores that identifier with timestamps and checksums of used form tokens outside the publicly accessible website directory. Entries are used for abuse checks for 24 hours and removed on the next form access after expiry. This abuse protection does not store messages, names or email addresses. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is operating a secure contact channel. No cookies or external CAPTCHA services are used.

Messages sent to info@talyndor.com are delivered within ALL-INKL.COM's email infrastructure to a mailbox operated there. The hosting provider processes sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments and technical delivery data as a processor. Please do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary sensitive data by email.

The information is deleted once the request has been fully resolved unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We use our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Bautzener Straße 56, 02742 Neusalza-Spremberg, Germany, as a processor for technically necessary website and email data. Website and email data are processed within the ALL-INKL infrastructure configured for this purpose; this website does not intentionally transfer personal data to a third country.

Current external links lead only to information pages of ALL-INKL.COM and the data protection supervisory authority. Only if you choose to open such a link will the relevant provider process your IP address and technical request data under its own responsibility and privacy information.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future; none of the website processing described here currently relies on consent.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision is the competent authority for many non-public bodies in Bavaria: www.lda.bayern.de.

8. Changes

We will update this policy if the website, the services used or the legal framework change. The current version remains available at this address.
